Thank you so much for your support and continued partnership. We would like to inform you that our Affiliate Partner Program will be shut down on October 31, 2020, hereby our contract agreement with you will be terminated and effective on October 31, 2020. Additional bookings will not be credited to your account after this date.
We will process the payment of eligible balances from departed bookings within October 31, 2020, by the 10th of November 2020. The pending bookings will be carried on forward and paid on the 10th of the month after the customers departed. If a customer disputes or rejects a transaction, and we have already paid you a commission based on the sale of that product, we will deduct the amount of the disputed commission from your payment. If there are no subsequent commission fees due to you, we will send you a bill for the amount of the disputed commission, and you agree that you will pay that bill no later than thirty (30) days after you receive it.
Important: Payments will be made only to your affiliate account with completed and valid payment methods. Please update your Billing Detail before October 31, 2020, at 23.59 GMT+7.
